The exceptional staff, particularly Princess, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable, sharing valuable local insights and providing perfect dining recommendations. With an excellent à la carte breakfast each morning featuring quality options and the convenience of a minibar in our spacious suite, this hotel was a splendid base for exploring Bergen's stunning sights and rich culture.
